As a first-time home buyer in the Vancouver market, I was hesitant to start house-hunting; however, I had the good fortune of being introduced to Majid by the bank I was dealing at the time. Majid patiently took the time to explain every detail of the process and its time-lines, as well as reassuring that he worked to protect my interests and that was what he definitively did. Majid, not only knows the North Shore area, he has a down-to-earth process and very quickly we were looking at properties that comply with all my requirements. And I was enjoying the process.
